Renew your key and upgrade your new account.

By using the "Renew on a new account" function your playlists, liked songs and the profiles you follow, will be automatically transferred to your new account, nothing will be lost!

01 - Take your Spotify login information

To begin, you will need your Spotify login details, including your email address and password. If you already have them, you can proceed to step 02. Otherwise, please refer to Spotify's guide on how to recover your email or reset your password at: Spotify Help Center.

02 - Renew your key and upgrade your new account

  • Access our dashboard by clicking here or using the link: https://dashboard.spotynow.com/renew/.

  • Copy the key you received at the time of purchase and paste it into the first field on the dashboard.

  • Fill in the other two fields by entering the Spotify email (of the old account where you get the 12 months error) in the "email" field and your Spotify password (of the old account where you get the 12 months error) in the "password" field.

  • Select Renew on a new account.

Note: Please provide an Email Address not linked to any Spotify account to ensure a successful renewal. It is your responsibility to save your new password in a secure place. If you lose access to your account due to a forgotten password, your upgrade key will become unusable and cannot be recovered.

  • On the "New Account Details" section enter an email address not linked to any Spotify account in the "email" field and enter the password you want to use on the new Spotify Account in the "password" field.

  • Once these steps are completed, wait a few minutes, and your new account will soon be upgraded.

You can check the status of your key using the info section of our dashboard.
