Renew your key and upgrade your account.
If your Spotify Premium has expired, we recommend renewing it. As a first attempt, always use the Renew the key option and Upgrade again. If you encounter an error stating that your account cannot join new premium plans for 12 months, please use the Renew on a new account option.
You can check the status of your key and any errors from the Info section of our dashboard.
